Eighteen music videos through the Kadish × HaTzub collective — eleven of them produced on the floor by me. A media company I built from zero. And a law degree I am four years into — because knowing how a contract works makes you a better producer, not a worse one.

Not as a spectator — as crew. The credits did not always follow. The training did.

Most producers know production. Most legal people do not know a camera. The combination is where I am actually useful.

I build the room, then hand people the mic.
The work I am proudest of is not a video. It is The Plug — a hosting programme and open-mic platform I created, produced and ran the campaigns for. A stage that did not exist, for people who did not have one.
That instinct runs through the rest: workshops that teach creators to hold a camera and a room; a company that hires freelancers and pays them properly; a portfolio that names the director and the DP beside my own credit. Give people the platform and the credit, and they come back.
